Medical Office Receptionist Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist Work location: 3142 Horizon Road xe2x80x93 Suite 209 Rockwall, Texas 75032 Work environment: Family Care Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (7:00am xe2x80x93 4:00pm); Fridays (8:00am – 5:00pm) Department Highlights: Strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude and Supportive Environment Fast-paced, multi provider clinic with growth and development opportunities Friendly work environment with goals towards excellent patient care Herexe2x80x99s What You Need: High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED) Medical Background (PREFERRED) What You Will Do: Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately Schedule appointments according to office guidelines Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts Prepare charts for patientsxe2x80x99 appointments making sure all necessary information is complete Additional perks of being a Texas Health employee: Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.
