Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Come join our Occupational Health team at Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England! Position Purpose Saint Francis Hospital is looking for an Occupational Health Assistant for front desk / reception and patient registration duties. What you will do Check in and out patients, coordinate and manage referrals, bill processing, Scheduling and coordinating annual exams Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Prepare and maintain patient’s records, obtain accurate insurance and registration information Support staff with clerical tasks and participate in care team meetings Minimum Qualifications Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in secretarial or medical sciences preferred Minimum of 3 to 5 years medical office secretarial experiences preferable Must be well organized, communicate clearly and maintain a calm and professional manner Position Highlights and Benefits Full-Time 40hr Mon-Fri, 8-4:30 Great benefits starting day one Ministry/Facility Information Saint Francis Hospital is committed to exceeding the expectations of our patients and families by providing world-class service in a progressive, people-centered, compassionate health care environment.
