Spa Cahaba is recruiting for a responsible, dependable, energetic, and friendly front desk associate with outstanding customer service, phone and sales skills, with experience in spa and guest scheduling to join our team!To be successful in this position you must have an outgoing personality and truly enjoy communicating with guests. If you are passionate about creating a positive experience by assisting our guests in looking and feeling their best, and would appreciate working in a spa environment with a supportive team, we look forward to meeting you!Prior Spa or MedSpa experience helpful but not required.Must be available for a flexible schedule. Includes some evening hours until 8pm and Saturdays. Please do not apply if you can not be available for evenings and weekends.Provide guidance to guests on the procedures at the spaMeet or exceed front desk retail goalsAnswer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guestsKeep the reception area clean and conducive for guests as they wait for their turn to be attended tooIntroduce new skincare products to guests and educate them on their uses and benefitsKeep guests updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the SpaProcess payments from guests for services ordered from the spaMake reservations for guests on specific daysOpen and close the spa at the appropriate timeEnsure that the front desk is clean and organized
