Medical Office Receptionist Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist Work location: 3600 FM 2181 – Suite 100 Hickory Creek, TX 75065 and 2012 FM 407 – Suite 100 Lewisville, TX 75077 Work environment: Familyl Care Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (7:00am xe2x80x93 5:00pm), Fridays (7:00am – 1:00pm) Department Highlights: Ability to develop a career with a well-established company Opportunity to make a positive contribution Opportunity to enhance your goals and values Herexe2x80x99s What You Need: High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED) What You Will Do: Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately Schedule appointments according to office guidelines Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts Prepare charts for patientsxe2x80x99 appointments making sure all necessary information is complete Additional perks of being a Texas Health employee: Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.
