Compensation: $22-$24/hourWhy join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor? The Front Office Supervisor is an important part of the front office team. The Supervisor reports to the Office Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and organized, and possess strong conflict resolution and leadership skills. The Supervisor will have responsibility for overseeing daily operations of the dental office front desk by managing employee and patient relations and achieving operational goals. This position will also oversee patient appointment scheduling, collection of appropriate patient co-pays, staff productivity, and patient satisfactionSchedule: Monday through Thursday 7:45 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.Location: 5315 US-9, Howell Township, NJ 07731What You Will DoEnsure all office staff arrive ready to work: on time and in proper uniform.Maintain office schedules, following company policies and proceduresEnsure that front office staff members are following CDH office policies and front desk operational proceduresAssist with marketing, and promotional programs to support new patient growthDirectly supervise the front office team and proactively manage their performance and development including but not limited to, performance feedback, corrective actions, and appraisalsRegularly communicate with the front office teams to ensure they have the tools, support, and information necessary to perform their jobs effectively and deliver superior patient careComplete administrative tasks such as reports, bank deposits, revenue postings, staff payroll, accounts receivable reports, and invoice processing within the designated deadlinesReview, fix errors, and approve all designated employeexe2x80x99s timecards each day.
