The Front Desk Representative provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.xc2xa0xc2xa0Pay: $17.00-$18.25/hrxc2xa0Availability: Sun/Mon 7AM-3:30PM or Thursday-Saturday 2:45PM-11:15PMxc2xa0What will I do every day? Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community Assist residents with requests as needed xc2xa0 Answer incoming calls Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelxc2xa0What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Have excellentxc2xa0customer service skills 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience High school diploma or GED preferred Senior Living experience a plus Hotel experience a plusxc2xa0xc2xa0What’s in it for me?
