They serve as a liaison between the agency and the Caregivers, communicating the Caregivers’ needs and requests, ensuring that they are represented and supported.Job Responsibilities:Greet and welcome Caregivers to the office.Answer incoming phone calls and direct parties to the appropriate department.Assist Caregivers with questions regarding payroll, PTO, cases, etc.Collect and upload documents into our electronic system.Maintain personnel records and ensure accurate data entry in appropriate systems.Assist with HHA Exchange app and IVV/EVR training.Assist with applications and training classes as needed.Job Requirements:Fluency in Spanish is required.HS graduate/ GED equivalent.Experience in HHA Exchange is a plus.Prior experience in HR preferred/knowledge of DOH and DOL HHA employment requirements a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Accuracy and attention to detail, outgoing, positive personality, team player.xc2xa0True Care provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.About True Care NY:True Care is a licensed Home Care Agency providing outstanding homecare service in the New York Metropolitan area.
