The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage and schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff. Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect necessary documentation.
