You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and facilitating positive experiences for all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Key Responsibilities:Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic.Answering incoming calls, screening and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely coordination of patient visits.Verifying patient demographic and insurance information, accurately entering data into the electronic health records (EHR) system.Collecting co-payments, processing payments, and reconciling daily financial transactions in accordance with established protocols.Assisting patients with completing registration forms, obtaining consent signatures, and providing relevant information about clinic policies and procedures.Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including managing patient paperwork, brochures, and informational materials.Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to address patient needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.Assisting with administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, copying, and filing documents as needed.Adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations, safeguarding patient information and records at all times.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare administration is preferred.Proven experience working in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, including patients, families, and staff.Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office suite.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing patient-centered care.Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.If you are passionate about serving others and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment, we invite you to join our team at Complete Circle of Care.
