Medical ReceptionistJob Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (On Site).Job Schedule: Monday Friday, Dayshift.Job Type: Full Time.Pay Range: $60,000- $70,000 per year.Full Job Description:VitalCheck Wellness is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to work full time in a brand new outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in San Francisco, CA 94105. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process of building something newResponsibilities:Follow-up care coordination and scheduling appointments/referrals.Work cohesively with related team members to develop and implement procedures and policies for a newly established clinic.Effectively communicate with all employees presenting to the clinic.Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning.Initial point of contact for patients.Referral management including calling insurance companies to confirm coverage.Input and upload results data into the computer.Provide excellent customer service.Maintain a professional appearance.Taking initiative to create spreadsheets, troubleshoot problems, and planning events.Requirements:Experience working in clinical setting or hospitality background. (preferred)Understanding of medical terminology.Experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant with call and scheduling experience.Phlebotomy experience a bonus.Ability to adapt to change.Highly proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel and Google Doc) and OfficeSuite.Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance where appropriate.Must be highly proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).Commute to San Francisco 94105.Benefits:401(k)Paid Time OffPaid Sick LeaveHealth InsuranceAbout VitalCheck WellnessVitalCheck Wellness is a fast-growing healthcare company with presence in the United States, Asia and Europe.
