Baralife Medical is currently seeking an energetic and friendly Part-time Dental Receptionist that strives in a fast paced environment, for a dental practice in Beachwood OH, that offers Family, Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant services. Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing- Maintain patient records and update information in the system- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents- Collaborate with the dental/medical team to ensure smooth operations Requirements:- Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical office preferred- Proficient in using office systems and software- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of dental or medical terminology is a plus- Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
