Responds promptly tocustomer needs, including investigating and acting upon complaints from guests.Ensures all guest service issues are resolved prior to guests leaving thepropertyxc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Hires, trains, and evaluates front deskpersonnel including proper documentation is completed in a timely fashionSupervises the hotel in the absence of theGeneral Manager. Functions as an administrative link between and amongdepartmentsxc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Maintains an inventory of vacancies,reservations, and room assignmentsPossesses a working knowledge of the reservationsdepartment.
