In this role, you will be responsible for selling our 0% Credit Card Processing Fee Program to small and medium-sized businesses. Youxe2x80x99ll educate merchants on how they can eliminate their credit card processing fees, boost their profitability, and streamline their payment systems.As a key player in our sales team, you will work independently to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals, all while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with uncapped earning potential.Key Responsibilities:Prospect & Lead Generation: Identify and target small to medium-sized businesses that would benefit from our 0% Credit Card Processing Program through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches to business owners, explaining the benefits of eliminating credit card processing fees and how our solutions can improve their profitability.Build Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and positioning Better Payments as their trusted payment partner.Close Sales: Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Demonstrate the value of our offerings and negotiate contracts with business owners.Customer Education & Onboarding: Ensure merchants fully understand our services, support them through the onboarding process, and provide excellent post-sales support.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry challenges, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications:Experience in Sales: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in merchant services, B2B sales, or financial services. Experience selling payment solutions is a plus.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand merchant pain points and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs.Results-Driven: Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing market conditions.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and other digital tools to manage your sales pipeline.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client concerns and provide solutions to help close deals.Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License: This position may require travel to local businesses within your sales territory.
