As our Human Resources Manager, you will be working closely with the entire company to create a positive work environment for all employees. You will also be managing online job board postings, looking through resumes to find top talent, conducting interviews, and handling the onboarding process. Your role will also include assisting with performance reviews and coaching, disciplining employees, and exit interviews. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, the ability to lead, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Responsibilitiesxc2xa0Maintain employee records and assist in internal audits of documentation, as requiredCreate job descriptions and manage job board postings, responses, and candidate interactionsHandle interviews, make hiring recommendations, and handle onboarding of new staff membersAssist with guidance and recommendations for staff disciplinary actions and firingsRecommend policy changes to company handbook and operationsOverall all PTO and sick leave for staff, ensuring compliance with employee policy and guidelinesMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrityxc2xa0Assist with interdepartmental staff issues and communication to keep the company running smoothlyQualificationsExperience working in a Human Resources environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel etc.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead a teamDeep familiarity with basic HR policies, US employment laws, and industry best practices
