The individual in this role will also provide administrative support to the Inside Sales/Customer Service team as well as order entry acknowledgement and process daily credit/debit memo transactions.We have a unique work schedule which entails working alternating 4* day & 5 day weeks.8:00AM – 5:00PM (5 Day Week) & 7:30AM – 5:00PM (4 Day Week)*Friday of this week – work may be scheduled based on business needsDuties and Responsibilities: Receptionist dutiesPhone system management for incoming calls and providing support to correct partyPaging appropriate buildings for contact as neededHolding and transferring calls as neededTaking messages and relaying for parties that cannot be reachedScreen all incoming visitors per EHS and ITAR regulationsKeep log and track of all visitorsReview Customer Purchase Orders to ensure match to TTM orderAssist Sales and Accounts Receivable with invoicing issuesSpecial projects as assigned by the Customer Service ManagerNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
