At TAG, we believe that IT is transformative, connections increase results, relationships are key, and inclusiveness is essential.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director and the organization’s operations. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of technology in philanthropy while developing your skills in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. The role is hybrid, primarily working from home with some in-office days alongside the Executive Director.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Calendar Management:Provide direct support to the Executive Director, managing a complex schedule and ensuring efficient time management.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director.Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.Operational Support:Assist with basic operational tasks, including check deposits and financial record-keeping.Support event logistics for TAG events, including in-person conferences and monthly online programming, ensuring smooth execution of all initiatives.Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.Act as liaison between TAG and external vendors.Governance Support: Support board governance activities by preparing materials for board and committee meetings, such as agendas, reports, and presentations.Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics for board and committee meetings.Ensure proper documentation of board and committee decisions, maintaining records of key discussions and action items.Project Coordination:Utilize ASANA project management tool to track and manage multiple projects across the organization.Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, flagging potential risks or delays to leadership.Prepare agendas, take detailed notes during staff meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.Communication & Documentation:Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and external partners.Document and help optimize internal processes to improve organizational efficiency.Additional Support:Assist in coordinating team activities and maintaining a collaborative work environment.Providing administrative support for membership, programming and development activities, as needed.Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with internal training initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.2+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with ASANA project management tool is helpful, but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.Passion for technology and its potential to drive positive change in the philanthropic sector.Alignment with TAG’s mission and core values.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the advancement of technology in philanthropy.A collaborative work environment with a team passionate about social impact.Full-time position with competitive benefits.Hybrid work arrangement: primarily work from home with some in-office days.Professional development opportunities in technology and nonprofit management.At TAG, we believe that diverse perspectives and inclusive practices are essential to driving innovation in philanthropy.
