*Job Overview* We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clinic, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. *Responsibilities* Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner – Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries – Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information – Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow – Handle billing and insurance verification tasks – Assist with general office duties such as filing and data entry *Skills* Proficiency in dental terminology and scheduling software like EagleSoft & Vine (is recommended but not required; a willingness to be a fast learner is welcomed) – Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills – Knowledge of dental or medical office management procedures – Familiarity with insurance guidelines is a plus – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment – Understanding of dental terminology is beneficial If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply for this Front Desk Receptionist position.
