We are looking for an experienced only dental patient coordinator, needed for two busy Periodontal Offices. Part time and full time position is available. Candidate must be friendly, multitasker, dental insurance knowledge, adapt to change, computer proficient, have outstanding communication & verbal skills, be a team player and very reliable. As a specialty dental practice, we place a strong emphasis on patient care and coordination with our referring dentists. Locations are: Benton Plaza 365 County Road 39A, Southampton NY 11968 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-5pm 1hr unpaid lunch **GAS INCENTIVE** Brookhaven Professional Park 285 Sills Road, Ste 4A, Patchogue NY 11772 Wednesday 8:30-5pm 1hr unpaid lunch Friday 7:30-5pm 1hr unpaid lunch Sat 7:30-2, 1/2hr lunch **Sat’s are 1 a month** Full time consists of working at both locations, no exceptions Applicants must have at least 4+ years experience of dentistry knowledge and periodontal terminology is highly needed . The positions salary and benefits will be determined on hired position and work experience and knowledge. Common job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet patients as the first member of the team to welcome patients to the office, answering phones, scheduling appointments, registration of patients, collection of patient payments, discussing treatment and financials, Insurance verification, maintain Hipaa compliance, assist in educating patients and address their questions and/or concerns to help them feel more comfortable. Follow safety policies and procedures through OSHA compliance. Working with the office team to keep a great communication throughout the office. Helping the doctor to have an efficient schedule.
